At House of Anointing, each product is carefully handcrafted, prayed over, and prepared with excellence. Because our products are made in small batches, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships.
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, House of Anointing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. House of Anointing is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. House of Anointing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can review your claim.

Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted oils, body care products, and personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Use for Sacred occasions when you want to feel God's presence deeply. Wrap around your shoulders and pray. You can also use this shawl for everyday prayer.
Communion: Person communion is a way to stay connected to God, and reverence His great sacrifice for us. Do this in remembrance of Jesus, once a month or whenever you feel led. Forgiveness and Repentance should be done before partaking in communion.
