Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, House of Anointing is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. House of Anointing is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Returns
